Upcoming Adult Learning Opportunities

Leave No Trace/Basic Troop Camp Training – Learn the skills necessary to take your troop camping on your own. This course is not required to attend council-sponsored events at camp. However, it is required prior to taking your troop camping on your own. This course is facilitated by certified trainers of Leave No Trace and/or Basic Troop Camp Training. Certification in this course does not expire.

Spring Fling: the Great Escape! March 30-April 1, 2012 – Join volunteers from throughout the council for these fun and educational weekends at Camp Iti Kana to celebrate our accomplishments, learn new skills, and discover new program opportunities.

Journeys and Badges Workshops – These classes will teach volunteers how incorporate the complete National Program Portfolio — Leadership Journeys and the Girl's Guide to Girl Scouting — into their meetings and activities.

First Aid/CPR Training – Contact your local Red Cross for First Aid/CPR Training schedules and pricing.
